Stop pulling vent caps one by one. The Flow-Rite BG-U36V-CJ Pro-Fill system connects every cell in your US Battery 12V-VRX bank with a single manifold loop, so one connection fills every cell automatically -- then shuts off the moment each cell is full. Purpose-built for the 12V-VRX cell geometry with 132-style flex manifolds.
Traditional battery maintenance means removing every vent cap, checking each cell with a hydrometer, topping off with distilled water, and replacing the caps -- all without spilling acid. On a 36V bank of three 12V batteries, that is nine cells minimum, and it is tedious, slow, and easy to over-fill.
The Flow-Rite Pro-Fill BG-U36V-CJ eliminates all of that. Each automatic shut-off valve replaces the existing vent cap on every cell. The valves are pre-connected by 132-series flex tubing manifolds that route across the top of the battery bank. Connect a water source to the single fill port, squeeze the trigger, and all cells fill simultaneously. When each cell reaches the correct electrolyte level, its valve closes -- automatically. No guesswork, no overflow, no acid spills.
Float-controlled valves stop flow precisely at the correct electrolyte level every fill -- no over-watering.
Flexible tubing manifolds route around battery terminals and interconnect all cells with a clean, low-profile fit.
One connection per bank fills every cell at once -- ideal for tight battery compartments in RVs and golf carts.
Engineered to the exact vent cap thread and cell spacing of US Battery 12V-VRX cells -- no adapter required.
Deep-cycle flooded lead-acid batteries in RVs, golf carts, floor scrubbers, and solar storage systems require regular watering -- typically every 5-10 charge cycles under normal use. Skipping or inconsistently watering leads to sulfation, premature capacity loss, and shortened battery life. The Pro-Fill system makes the task fast enough that owners actually do it on schedule, protecting a significant battery investment.
This kit is designed and dimensioned specifically for the US Battery 12V-VRX cell series. The VRX line uses a standard flooded lead-acid construction with accessible vent caps. The BG-U36V-CJ kit covers a 36V bank configured as three 12V batteries in series, which is the standard for many golf carts, industrial vehicles, and some RV house bank configurations.
If your application uses a different voltage configuration or a different US Battery model, verify the exact kit part number before ordering. Flow-Rite offers separate kits for 6V, 8V, and 12V cells across multiple bank voltages.
The single fill port on this kit accepts a standard Flow-Rite hand pump or the Flow-Rite EZ-Fill power pump (sold separately). A standard garden hose with a flow-control nozzle also works with the appropriate adapter. The system requires low input pressure -- a hand pump or gravity feed is sufficient. Do not use shop air or high-pressure water supply directly.
Always fill flooded lead-acid batteries with distilled or deionized water. Tap water contains minerals that contaminate electrolyte and accelerate plate degradation. The Pro-Fill system does not filter or condition the input water -- water quality is the installer's responsibility.
