Multi-zone control box for Furrion Chill rooftop air conditioners — allows independent temperature control for different areas of the RV (e.g. bedroom vs. living area). 3 fan speeds, auto fan, short-cycle protection, sleep mode, LED mood lighting, two program timers. 115V AC/12V DC. R410A refrigerant systems only.
The Furrion FACC12ZA-BL is the multi-zone control box for Furrion Chill rooftop RV air conditioners — it allows the AC system to operate independently across more than one zone, so the bedroom and main living area (for example) can be set to different temperatures rather than sharing a single setpoint. It communicates with the Furrion multi-zone wall thermostat (FACW12ZA-BL) to manage each zone's temperature, fan speed, and mode independently.
The controller includes short-cycle protection to help the AC reach its setpoint efficiently while protecting the compressor, three fan speeds (high/medium/low) plus auto fan operation, sleep mode, LED mood lighting, memory function, and two program timers for scheduling. Built with Furrion's ClimateSmart and VibrationSmart technologies, 115V AC/12V DC, temperature range 60-86°F. Easy DIY installation with instructions included.
The FACC12ZA-BL is one component of a complete multi-zone system. For each zone/AC unit, you'll also need: • FACW12ZA-BL — Multi-zone wall thermostat (one per zone, or run additional wire to share one thermostat) • FACT12LA-PS — Air distribution box (one per unit) • A Furrion Chill rooftop AC unit (one per zone) Per etrailer's installation guidance, existing wiring can typically be reused for the connections between these components.
If the system displays an E3 error code, this indicates a communication error between the controller/AC unit and the thermostat. To troubleshoot: • Check that all wiring is free of kinks or damage and making full contact at both the thermostat and AC unit • Verify the "A" and "B" communication wires are connected to the correct ports — these can occasionally be reversed during production • If wiring and connections check out and the error persists, the unit may need a warranty claim
This controller is designed for air conditioning equipment using R410A refrigerant. R410A-designed equipment cannot be used in R32-designed systems, and R32 refrigerant cannot be used in R410A-based air conditioners. Confirm your AC unit's refrigerant type before ordering.
