The Furrion F2BC004XXBK is a 7-way power adapter with power switch for the Furrion Vision S wireless RV camera system — a plug-and-play solution that powers the Vision S cameras through the tow vehicle's standard 7-pin trailer connector (the same plug used for trailer brake and lighting circuits).
Many late-model trucks and SUVs include power management systems that actively restrict or limit current flow through the 7-way connector's 12V auxiliary pin, which can cause the Vision S cameras to lose power, flicker, or not function at all when connected through the standard trailer plug. This adapter bypasses that restriction, delivering consistent and unrestricted 12V power directly to the camera system regardless of the tow vehicle's power management behavior. The included power switch allows the user to manually control when the cameras are powered on. Compact, lightweight, and installs without any wiring modifications. The 7-pin trailer connector on most tow vehicles includes a 12V auxiliary power pin (pin 4) that's intended to charge the trailer battery while driving. On older trucks, this pin simply delivers 12V whenever the ignition is on. On many late-model trucks and SUVs (particularly GM, Ford, and Ram from roughly 2015 onward), the vehicle's power management system actively monitors current draw on this pin and will cut or limit power if it senses an unexpected load — including the Vision S camera system. This adapter bypasses that management system to deliver clean, consistent 12V directly to the cameras. If your Vision S cameras only work intermittently when driving, or not at all when connected through the 7-way plug, this adapter is likely the fix.
This adapter is designed for the Furrion Vision S camera system. It is not compatible with Vision S+ systems (FOS7HTAEN, FOS7HTASF). Confirm your camera system generation before ordering.
