Keep your in-wall slide-out running smoothly with Lippert's OEM-quality repair kit. This kit restores proper roller travel, reduces friction, and seals out moisture at the guide rail ends -- everything needed to service one side of your slide system, minus the racks.
The Lippert 366121 gives you the wear components most likely to fail on an in-wall slide-out system: the rollers (with bearings), the shoes that guide travel, and the adhesive-backed foam wear pads that seat into the ends of the guide rails. These parts take the load and friction of every slide cycle, and replacing them at the first sign of binding, squeaking, or side-to-side slop will prevent costlier damage to the rack and motor.
This kit services one side of your in-wall slide-out. For a full two-side repair, order two kits. Racks are sold separately and are not included in this kit.
Lippert supplies this same kit to Jayco as OEM service part number 0282097, making it a direct fit for Jayco coaches equipped with in-wall slide systems using Lippert components.
Pre-assembled roller and bearing units reduce friction during slide extension and retraction, supporting smooth, quiet travel across the full stroke.
Shoes keep the slide panel properly aligned within the guide rails and prevent lateral movement that causes wear on surrounding trim and seals.
Peel-and-stick foam pads press into the ends of the guide rails to cushion travel limits and block moisture intrusion into the slide cavity.
Listed as Jayco part 0282097 -- a direct OEM service replacement for Jayco coaches using Lippert in-wall slide systems.
Unlike room-style slides that move the entire floor section, in-wall slide-outs use a panel-and-rail system routed through the sidewall structure. The rollers and shoes ride inside fixed guide rails, and the rack (driven by a motor or manual mechanism) pushes the panel in and out. Because the moving parts are inside the wall, debris, moisture, and years of cycling wear down the rollers, shoes, and pads long before the rack or motor need attention.
This is a moderate DIY repair. Access to the slide components typically requires partial removal of interior trim panels on the affected side. The foam wear pads are self-adhesive -- clean the guide rail ends with isopropyl alcohol before pressing the pads in place for a lasting bond. Rollers and shoes are designed to drop into the existing guide rail system; no drilling or modification is required on standard Lippert in-wall track configurations.
This kit is designed for Lippert in-wall slide-out systems and is the OEM service part used by Jayco for coaches equipped with this slide type. If you are unsure whether your coach uses a Lippert in-wall system, check the slide room door frame or the motor housing for a Lippert or LCI label. Coaches from Forest River, Coachmen, and other brands also use Lippert in-wall hardware -- confirm your slide style before ordering.
