Lippert Flow Max 304 Stainless Steel RV + Residential Lippert 719323 Flow Max Coiled Spring Pull-Down Kitchen Faucet

Upgrade your RV galley or residential kitchen with a professional-style coiled spring pull-down faucet built from 304-grade stainless steel. The Flow Max 719323 delivers a flexible, high-reach spray head that retracts automatically -- no fumbling with hose tangles. Stream and spray modes toggle at your fingertip, and the 360-degree swivel spout keeps every corner of the sink within reach.

A Faucet That Keeps Up With Life on the Road

Standard RV faucets are often an afterthought -- low flow, flimsy handles, and plastic trim that ages poorly. The Lippert Flow Max 719323 changes that with a heavy-gauge 304 stainless steel construction, a coiled spring neck that adds reach and visual appeal, and a single-handle lever that makes one-handed hot/cold adjustment simple while you're holding a pot.

Designed to fit a standard single-hole sink deck, this faucet installs in most RV kitchen sinks without modification. The included 18.75-inch flexible supply lines connect directly to standard 1/2-inch compression or 3/8-inch OD stub-out lines common in RV plumbing systems. Whether you're doing a quick weekend rig refresh or a full-time liveaboard remodel, the 719323 is a direct drop-in upgrade.

Coiled Spring Design

Industrial-style coiled spring neck provides extended reach and guides the hose back into position after each use.

Stream / Spray Toggle

Push-button toggle on the pull-down head switches instantly between a steady stream and a wide spray pattern.

360 Degree Swivel

Full swivel base lets you direct water anywhere in the sink basin -- great for deep single-basin RV sinks.

304 Stainless Steel

Corrosion-resistant 304-grade stainless steel body and finish holds up to humidity, road vibration, and daily use.

Built for the RV Environment

RV kitchens face conditions that residential fixtures never encounter -- vibration, temperature swings, compressed cabinet spaces, and water systems that may run at lower or variable pressures. The Flow Max 719323 is engineered with these realities in mind:

  • Single-hole deck mount fits most standard RV kitchen sink cutouts without adapters or deck plates
  • Flexible braided supply lines (18.75 in.) handle the tight routing common behind RV cabinetry
  • Single-handle lever operates smoothly at both low-pressure tank-fed systems and higher-pressure city water hookups
  • 304 stainless steel resists the humidity swings common in galley areas and condensation-prone under-sink cabinets
  • Retractable pull-down head stows flush when not in use -- no dangling hose to catch on cabinet doors

Works in Residential Applications Too

The 719323 is not RV-exclusive. Its standard single-hole mount, 1/2-inch NPT supply connections, and full-size spout height make it a practical choice for tiny homes, mother-in-law suites, lake cabins, or any residential kitchen needing a coiled spring pull-down style at a straightforward price point.

Installation Overview

This is a DIY-friendly installation for anyone comfortable turning off a water supply and working under a sink. No special tools are required beyond basic wrenches. The faucet ships with supply lines already attached to the faucet body, so you are connecting two lines at the shut-off valve end only.

  • Turn off the water supply (tank feed or city water pressure) before starting
  • Remove the existing faucet and clean the deck surface around the mounting hole
  • Drop the faucet through the single hole -- deck plate is not required for standard 1-3/8 in. holes
  • Secure with the included mounting hardware from underneath the sink
  • Connect the 18.75 in. supply lines to your existing hot and cold shut-off valves
  • Restore water pressure and check all connections for leaks before closing up the cabinet

Supply Line Compatibility Note

The included 18.75-inch supply lines use standard 1/2-inch connections at the faucet end. If your RV has 3/8-inch OD stub-outs or compression-style shut-off valves (common in older rigs), standard 3/8-inch to 1/2-inch adapter fittings -- widely available at hardware or RV supply stores -- will complete the connection. No soldering or special fittings are required.

Maintenance Tips

  • Rinse the stainless steel surface with fresh water regularly -- especially if you use well water or hard water with mineral deposits
  • Wipe dry with a soft cloth to maintain the brushed finish and prevent water spotting
  • Inspect supply line connections annually for any signs of weeping or corrosion at the valve end
  • If winterizing your RV, blow out supply lines and leave the faucet valve in the open position to allow any residual water to drain and prevent freeze damage to the valve body

Important Information

  • This faucet is designed for single-hole deck installations only -- a deck plate is NOT included and is not required for standard 1-3/8 in. sink holes. For 3-hole sink decks, a separate deck plate (sold independently) is needed to cover unused holes.
  • Shut-off valves are NOT included. If your RV does not have under-sink shut-off valves, you must turn off the main water supply or city water connection before installation.
  • Do NOT exceed 80 PSI at the faucet inlet. Always use a properly set water pressure regulator when connected to city water hookups -- RV park water pressure can spike beyond safe limits.
  • Winterize properly before exposure to freezing temperatures. Water left in the faucet valve body can crack internal components if it freezes.
  • Supply line adapters may be required if your rig uses 3/8-inch OD compression stub-outs. These adapters are NOT included but are widely available at hardware stores.
  • This faucet is intended for potable water use. Ensure all supply lines and fittings connecting to it are also rated for potable water service.
