This is an idler hub, meaning it has no brake flange and is not compatible with electric brake assemblies. If your axle position requires a brake hub, you need a different part. Idler hubs are used on the non-braked axle of a tandem setup, or on dedicated no-brake trailer applications.
5 on 4.5 inches (also written 5x4.5 or 5-114.3 mm) is common but not universal. Measure center-to-center on adjacent studs or use a bolt pattern gauge before ordering. Do not assume based on wheel size alone.
