Replaces factory steel equalizers with shock-absorbing rubber compression springs. 4" of suspension travel. Bolt-on installation — no crossmember required. Engineered for trailers up to 8,000 lbs GAWR. The most rigorously-tested MORryde equalizer suspension to date.
Rough roads are the enemy of your fifth wheel or travel trailer. Every pothole, expansion joint, and rutted surface sends shock and vibration directly through your trailer's frame, stressing the structure, rattling contents, and accelerating wear on every component. The factory steel equalizers that came with most trailers do almost nothing to absorb that energy — they simply transfer it.
The MORryde AllTrek 4000™ (TG2-35) replaces those steel equalizers with shock-absorbing rubber compression springs hidden inside a heavy-duty steel housing. These internal rubber elements flex under load to absorb road energy before it reaches your frame — providing up to 4" of suspension travel. With over 40% more rubber than prior MORryde equalizer designs, the AllTrek 4000™ is the most rigorously-tested equalizer suspension MORryde has ever produced. The TG2-35 is engineered specifically for tandem axle trailers with a 35" center-to-center axle wheelbase spacing, rated for axles up to 8,000 lbs GAWR. Installation is bolt-on with no crossmember required, and the kit includes the 2 equalizers needed for one complete tandem axle RV.
From the outside, the AllTrek 4000™ looks like a solid steel unit — and that's intentional. The rubber compression springs are bonded inside the steel equalizer housing, invisible during normal use. When a wheel hits a bump or pothole, instead of that energy transferring rigidly through steel to the trailer frame, the internal rubber elements compress and absorb the shock, then return to shape. This is the same principle behind MORryde's rubber pin boxes, DSR108 shear springs, and PT108 equalizer springs — rubber bonded between steel plates that deforms under load, absorbs energy, and recovers. The AllTrek 4000™ packages this technology in a larger, more integrated housing engineered for the higher load demands of tandem axle fifth wheels and travel trailers. When MORryde says "40% more rubber," they mean larger rubber compression elements inside the housing compared to their previous equalizer designs — more rubber means more energy absorption and a smoother, more controlled tow.
Internal rubber compression springs allow up to 4" of total wheel travel — absorbing road shock before it reaches the trailer frame
No crossmember required — replaces factory steel equalizers at existing mounting points for a straightforward upgrade
Over 40% more internal rubber compression volume than previous MORryde equalizer designs — more cushioning, smoother towing
MORryde's most extensively tested and validated equalizer suspension to date — engineered for long-term durability
Two critical measurements must be confirmed before purchasing: 1. Wheelbase Spacing — 35" vs. 33": The TG2-35 is specifically for trailers with 35" center-to-center axle spacing. If your tandem axles are spaced 33" apart, you need the TG2-33 instead. Measure the distance between the center of your front axle and the center of your rear axle to confirm. 2. Tandem Axle Only (Currently): The AllTrek 4000™ is currently available for tandem axle trailers only. It is not available for triple axle applications at this time. 3. GAWR: The AllTrek 4000™ is engineered for axles rated up to 8,000 lbs GAWR. Confirm your axle ratings fall within this range. Use MORryde's AllTrek 4000™ Qualifier guide to confirm your specific trailer is compatible before purchasing.
What's in a Tandem Kit: Each TG2-35 tandem kit includes 2 equalizers — everything needed for one complete tandem axle RV. Currently Tandem Only: The AllTrek 4000™ is currently available for tandem axle applications only. Triple axle configurations are not currently supported. Wheelbase Options: • TG2-33 — 33" center-to-center axle spacing • TG2-35 (This Product) — 35" center-to-center axle spacing Measure your axle spacing carefully — using the wrong wheelbase kit will result in improper fit.
Installation Steps (Professional Installation Recommended): 1. Verify Compatibility: Confirm 35" wheelbase spacing, tandem axle configuration, and GAWR within 8,000 lbs using MORryde's Qualifier guide 2. Safely Support the Trailer: Use proper jack stands to support the trailer frame and relieve load from the suspension 3. Remove Factory Steel Equalizers: Unbolt and remove the existing steel equalizers from their mounting locations on both axle beams 4. Install AllTrek 4000™ Equalizers: Position the rubber equalizer assemblies at the same mounting locations and bolt into place 5. Torque to Specification: Tighten all hardware to MORryde's specified torque values per the installation instructions 6. Lower and Inspect: Lower the trailer, verify equalizer seating, and check suspension function before returning to service Professional installation recommended. Refer to MORryde's AllTrek 4000™ Tandem Installation Instructions for complete torque specifications and step-by-step guidance.
In The Box (Tandem Kit): • (2) AllTrek 4000™ Rubber Equalizer Assemblies • Mounting Hardware • Glide Pads • Bronze Bushings • Installation Instructions NOT Required: • No crossmember needed for installation 33" Wheelbase Version: • TG2-33 — same system for 33" axle spacing
