QuadraFire OEM Replacement Part Part No. SRV7034-186 QuadraFire SRV7034-186 Pellet Stove Thermocouple Cover

Keep your pellet stove operating safely with this direct OEM-style replacement thermocouple cover from QuadraFire. Designed specifically for select QuadraFire and Heatilator Eco-Choice pellet stove models, this small but critical component protects the thermocouple from physical damage and heat exposure, helping maintain accurate temperature sensing and reliable ignition cycles.

Exact-Fit Replacement for QuadraFire and Heatilator Eco-Choice Pellet Stoves

The thermocouple cover is a protective housing that shields the thermocouple sensor inside your pellet stove. When the original cover is cracked, warped, or missing, the thermocouple can be exposed to direct radiant heat or physical contact, leading to false readings, nuisance shutdowns, or failure to ignite. Replacing it with the correct OEM part restores proper sensor protection and stove reliability.

Part number SRV7034-186 -- also listed as NBK Parts 20156 -- is a genuine QuadraFire replacement sourced for the specific model families listed below. At just 0.05 lbs and 2-3/16 in. in length, it is a lightweight stamped or formed metal cover built to withstand the high-heat environment inside a pellet stove firebox area.

Exact OEM Part Number

Listed as SRV7034-186 and NBK Parts 20156 -- order with confidence knowing this is the correct replacement reference.

Verified Model Fitment

Confirmed fit for CAB50-C, Edge 60, Mt Vernon AE, and Mt Vernon AE Insert pellet stove models from QuadraFire and Heatilator Eco-Choice.

Compact and Lightweight

Measures 2-3/16 in. in length and weighs only 0.05 lbs -- easy to handle and install as part of routine stove maintenance.

Protects Sensor Accuracy

Shields the thermocouple from direct heat and contact, supporting consistent temperature sensing and dependable ignition performance.

Why Replace the Thermocouple Cover?

The thermocouple cover is often overlooked during pellet stove servicing, but a damaged or missing cover can cause real operational problems. Common symptoms of a failed thermocouple cover include:

Stove shuts down unexpectedly during a burn cycle
Ignition failures or difficulty starting
Erratic temperature readings or inconsistent heat output
Visible damage, warping, or discoloration on the existing cover

If you are replacing the thermocouple itself, it is good practice to inspect and replace the cover at the same time to ensure the new sensor is properly protected from the start.

Also Known As: This part is cross-referenced and sold as NBK Parts 20156. If you sourced this part number from a service manual or a repair reference, this is the correct listing.

Compatible Pellet Stove Models

Part SRV7034-186 is confirmed to fit the following QuadraFire and Heatilator Eco-Choice pellet stove models:

QuadraFire CAB50-C
QuadraFire Edge 60
QuadraFire Mt Vernon AE Insert
QuadraFire Mt Vernon AE

Not sure if this fits your stove? Check your stove's model label -- typically located on the back panel or inside the door frame -- and compare it against the confirmed model list above before ordering.

Maintenance Tip: During annual pellet stove cleaning and inspection, remove the thermocouple cover and check it for cracks, warping, or heavy soot buildup. A clean, intact cover helps the thermocouple respond accurately to firebox temperatures throughout the heating season.
