The MORryde UO12-016 Heavy-Duty Shackle Kit upgrades common suspension wear points on compatible tandem-axle trailers. Its 1/2" thick shackle links provide increased strength compared with many factory shackles, while bronze bushings replace typical plastic bushings for improved durability.
Greaseable wet bolts with zerk fittings allow periodic lubrication of the suspension pivot points, helping reduce friction and extend the service life of the bushings and hardware. The complete kit replaces the shackle straps, spring-eye hardware, equalizer hardware, bushings, and locking nuts in one suspension upgrade.

UO12-016 is for tandem-axle trailers using 2-1/4" shackle links and standard frame hangers. Trailers equipped with factory-installed OEM Correct Track hangers require MORryde UO12-029 instead. Measure shackle length from the center of one bolt hole to the center of the other bolt hole.

Properly support the trailer according to the trailer manufacturer's lifting instructions before servicing the suspension. MORryde specifies NLGI No. 2 automotive grease for the wet bolt fittings and recommends periodic lubrication to maintain proper operation.
