The Cummins Onan 140-3351 is the OEM-specified air filter for the 5.5 HDKBA Quiet Diesel RV generator series (Spec A–E). Like all Green Label air filters, it is designed with a special foam pre-cleaner that provides an additional stage of filtration ahead of the main filter element.
Non-Green Label substitutes may use lighter-density filter paper with sealing surfaces that become brittle and crack over time — allowing unfiltered air directly into the engine intake.
