The Remco R660C is the high-volume workhorse of the RollMax Series, delivering up to 19.6 GPM — more than double the output of the 4-roller R440 models. Built with a rugged cast iron body, the R660C is designed for demanding PTO-driven sprayer applications where flow volume and durability are the top priorities. Whether you're covering large acreage or running a high-demand spray rig, the R660C delivers the throughput to get the job done efficiently.
Like all RollMax pumps, the R660C is engineered around Remco's Rebuild Ready design, allowing full field serviceability with nothing more than a wrench — no need to break plumbing connections or remove the pump from the drive shaft. The R660C is also available as the R660C-TAK kit, which bundles the pump with a torque arm, chain, and multi-speed coupler for a complete ready-to-mount PTO package.

The R660C stays mounted to the drive shaft and plumbing throughout the entire rebuild process. All you need is a wrench: Step 1: Loosen and remove the 4 cap bolts Step 2: Slide the pump's endplate off the shaft carefully Step 3: Inspect and replace worn rollers using the R660RK repair kit; lubricate shaft seal before reinstalling Step 4: Reinstall the endplate and cap bolts Step 5: RollMax is ready to spray Keep the R660RK Universal Repair Kit on hand for fast, no-downtime field rebuilds.

The R660C is configured for Counter-Clockwise (CCW) rotation only. Confirm your PTO drive shaft rotation direction before installation. Running the pump in the wrong direction will result in poor performance and accelerated wear. If your application requires clockwise rotation, see the R440C or R440SS models in the RollMax series. Use of the RMTAC Torque Bar and Chain is recommended to prevent pump rotation on PTO-mounted installations.
