Extreme duty 3-chamber sprayer pump with IP65-sealed motor and 3⁄8" FNPT ports. Compatible with diesel, oils, herbicides, fertilizers, and insecticides. Not for potable water. Made in the USA.
The Remco 3300 Series has built a reputation as a solid and reliable industrial performer — capable of continuous heavy-duty workloads that would wear out lesser pumps. The 90-3323-1E3-82B-SB is the Extreme Duty variant: the "E3" designation indicates an enhanced material set (Nylon housing with Viton valves) that extends chemical compatibility beyond standard agricultural chemicals to include diesel, oil-based fluids, and harsh surfactants.
With 3⁄8" FNPT ports, this pump connects directly to standard 3⁄8" threaded fittings without adapters — common on many compact sprayer frames, spot spray systems, and fluid transfer setups where the smaller port size is preferred. At 2.2 GPM and 60 PSI, the 3300 Series delivers the right combination of flow and pressure for spot sprayers, ATV/UTV sprayers, and compact boom systems that don't require the higher flow rates of the 5500 or Fatboy Series.
Powered by Remco's signature completely sealed 12V DC motor with IP65 ingress protection, this pump is engineered for the harshest outdoor environments — mud, dust, moisture, and chemical exposure are no match for the sealed motor and heavy 14 AWG wiring.
⚠️ Important: This pump is not listed for potable water use and must never be used as a fuel pump or with flammable/combustible liquids under pressure. While compatible with diesel and oils, it is not a fuel pump and must not be used in fuel delivery applications.
Nylon housing and Viton valves extend compatibility to diesel, oils, and harsh surfactants beyond standard ag chemicals
Threaded female NPT — direct connection to standard 3⁄8" fittings common on compact sprayer frames and ATV setups
Dust-tight and water-jet resistant — built for continuous heavy-duty outdoor workloads
Just 8 Amps max — efficient operation ideal for ATV, UTV, and battery-powered compact sprayer systems
The Remco 90-3323-1E3-82B-SB is not listed or approved for potable water use. Do not use this pump in any system where the fluid may be consumed by humans or animals. While this Extreme Duty pump is chemically compatible with diesel and oil-based fluids, it is NOT a fuel pump and must never be used to pump gasoline, or any flammable or combustible liquid. Use only with non-flammable fluids in non-pressurized fuel delivery roles. For potable freshwater applications, see Remco's PowerRV or Rebel pump series.
The 90-3323-1E3-82B-SB Extreme Duty variant is ideal for compact, low-flow fluid handling across agricultural, industrial, and automotive applications: Agricultural & Chemical: • ATV and UTV spot sprayers (herbicides, fertilizers, insecticides) • Compact boom sprayer systems • Liquid fertilizer transfer and application • Soft washing and bleaching operations Industrial & Automotive: • Automotive fluid exchange (diesel, oils, lubricants) • Equipment washdown • Dust suppression systems • Bulk fluid transfer on 3⁄8" NPT plumbing systems • Road maintenance fluid application
On-demand setup — pump runs when flow is open, stops when closed. 1. Mount the Pump: Secure to your sprayer frame or mounting surface. The pump can be mounted in any orientation but should be located no more than 8 feet above the fluid source for reliable priming. 2. Connect Plumbing: Thread 3⁄8" NPT male fittings (not included) directly into the inlet and outlet ports. Use Teflon tape on all male threads. Tighten firmly without over-torquing. 3. Electrical Connection: Connect the 14 AWG leads to your 12V DC supply via relay. Protect the supply line with a 10 Amp fuse as close to the power source as possible. A relay is recommended — do not switch the pump load through a small toggle switch directly. 4. Prime & Test: Fill the inlet line with fluid before starting to assist prime. Run briefly to purge air, then check all fittings for leaks at operating pressure. Note: The pump will prime only if all pressure is relieved from the outlet port before starting. All 3300 Series models share the same IP65-sealed motor, 8 ft prime capability, run-dry capability, and Made in USA construction. The "E3" Extreme Duty designation indicates Nylon housing with Viton valves — offering broader chemical compatibility including diesel and oils. Standard "E1" models use the Viton/Santoprene/Nylon combination suited for agricultural chemicals. The "1" control digit = Demand; "2" = Bypass. Port prefix "13" = ¾" QA; "23" = 3⁄8" FNPT.
