Keep this kit on hand and rebuild your R880 pump in the field in minutes — no waiting on parts orders
Compatible with both R880C cast iron and R880SS stainless steel RollMax 8-roller pumps
Genuine Remco replacement parts engineered to restore full pump performance and extend service life
• 8 Max Rollers — 3/4" replacement rollers for the 8-roller pump housing • Needle Bearing — Replacement bearing for smooth shaft rotation • 2 Lip Seals — Shaft seals to prevent leakage and maintain pressure • O-Ring — Replacement housing seal • Pill Key — Required for proper roller alignment and installation
The RollMax Rebuild Ready design allows the R880RK kit to be installed while the pump remains mounted to the drive shaft with plumbing connected. All you need is a wrench: Step 1: Loosen and remove the 4 cap bolts Step 2: Slide the pump's endplate off the shaft carefully Step 3: Inspect and replace worn rollers from this kit; lubricate the shaft seal before reinstalling Step 4: Reinstall the endplate and cap bolts Step 5: RollMax is ready to spray
Inspect and consider rebuilding your R880 pump when you notice any of the following: • Reduced flow rate — output noticeably lower than normal at a given RPM • Loss of pressure — pump unable to reach or hold operating pressure • Visible roller wear — rollers appear cracked, flattened, or excessively worn • Increased noise or vibration — rattling or rumbling during operation • Fluid leakage — seepage around the shaft or endplate area Regular inspection at the start and end of each spray season is recommended to maximize pump service life.
All RollMax repair kits include needle bearing, 2 lip seals, O-ring, and pill key in addition to the rollers listed above.
