The SpeedFX 8731 is a 3-gallon utility jug manufactured from virgin high-density polyethylene, built as an excellent storage, transport, and transfer vessel for automotive, industrial, and agricultural fluids. It features an ergonomic contoured handle and an easy-grip bottom for stability when pouring, with graduated fill lines marked in both gallons and liters. The jug comes complete and ready to use, with a non-breakable multi-purpose cap, rubber gasket, filler hose, and vent already included, so no additional parts are needed. Every jug is put through a 15-point inspection for worry-free performance.
This is not a portable fuel container as defined by ASTM, EPA, ARB, or other official agencies, and it is not intended for storing gasoline, kerosene, or other flammable fuels. This jug is designed for non-fuel liquids only, such as recyclable automotive fluids, non-potable water, and similar outdoor liquids. If a certified fuel container is needed, look for a jug specifically rated and labeled as an approved portable fuel container instead.
