If your Ford E-450 is 5 years old or older, you MUST measure frame height before ordering. How to Measure: 1. Park on a level surface 2. Go underneath the cab driver's area 3. Locate the control arm mounting bracket for the front axle 4. Just rearward of this bracket, measure from the bottom of the vehicle frame to the ground Critical Decision Point: • If measurement is BELOW 15" → Order Ford E-350 part number (AGC-E350) instead — it has shorter front cylinders for better ground clearance • If measurement is 15" or above → Order this Ford E-450 system (AGC-E450M) Why This Matters: Older E-450s or those with lower ride height need the shorter E-350 front cylinders to maintain proper ground clearance.
