The Bilstein 24-116244 B6 4600 Series Rear Shock Absorber is a direct-fit OE upgrade for first-generation Nissan Titan trucks with 4WD — covering the full production run from 2004 through 2015. The Titan is a serious truck built for serious work: towing, hauling, daily driving, and off-road use — and the 4600 series is precisely valved to keep up with all of it while restoring and improving on the rear suspension performance the truck had when it was new.

The 24-116244 is for 4WD Nissan Titan models only. The rear suspension geometry differs between 4WD and 2WD configurations on the first-gen Titan, requiring different rear shocks. For 2WD Nissan Titan (2004–2015), the correct rear shock is Bilstein 24-185967. Verify your Titan's drivetrain before ordering. Installing the wrong shock for your configuration will result in improper fitment.
