This fixes its position in relation to the blower wheel and scroll, preventing the angular distortion that causes premature bearing wear and reduced airflow over time. Sealed Motor Shaft: The sealed shaft prevents dust from entering the motor assembly, protecting cooling capacity and motor longevity in dusty off-road and industrial environments. Rifled Copper Tubing: The all-copper refrigerant tubing is rifled on the interior surface. This creates turbulence in the coolant flow, which dramatically improves the system's ability to dissipate heat — more efficient heat transfer per foot of tubing. Dual-Secured Compressor: The compressor is fastened to the AC chassis at both the top and bottom, reducing its potential for movement or damage during high-stress vibration events.
