The 6535C3209 is the current OEM replacement printed circuit board kit for Coleman Mach 6535, 6536, 6537, 6538, 6636, 6795, and 46515 Series basement-mounted packaged air conditioners and heat pumps. It directly supersedes the earlier 6535-320, 6535A320, and 6535B320 boards, consolidating several electrical control functions that were previously split across separate components into a single updated board.
The board manages both compressor circuits (Comp 1 and Comp 2), indoor and outdoor blower speed control (high and low), reversing valve staging on heat pump models, and indoor/outdoor coil sensor inputs. Compared to the boards it replaces, the 6535C3209 eliminates the COMP 1 and COMP 2 CONTACT IN terminals — simplifying the wiring layout and reducing the number of discrete relay connections required.
The kit includes the 6535C320 board along with all color-coded extension wires, wire nuts, and a wiring diagram needed to complete the changeover from any of the older board variants. Wire terminal locations differ from the original boards, so the included installation instructions and wiring diagram should be followed carefully during the swap. Extension wires are provided in case existing leads are too short to reach their new terminal positions.
Green LED flash codes signal system normal, freeze temperature fault, or AC1 voltage fault. Red LED confirms AC2 voltage present with Stage 2 active

Terminal positions on the 6535C3209 differ from all boards it replaces — wires cannot be transferred position-for-position. Follow the OEM wiring diagram and installation instructions included in the kit. Extension wires are provided if existing leads are too short to reach their new terminal locations; color-match extensions to original wire colors where possible. Winnebago owners: Coaches with an energy management system have two additional wires in the lifeline harness (white/black stripe and orange/black stripe). Specific connection instructions for these wires are included in the installation guide.
The 6535C3209 kit replaces the 6535-320, 6535A320, and 6535B320 boards. Verify the original board part number before ordering — other Coleman Mach basement unit control boards (such as those for the 6536 Series) use separate replacement part numbers and are not interchangeable with this kit.
