DESCRIPTION
 
The ESCO 50 Amp Automatic Transfer Switch is intended for use as an electrical transfer switch to automatically switch multiple sources. It will automatically switch from campground power to generator power and vice versa, if the generator is on, it will be the dominant source of power.
  • Economical and reliable time delay switches automatically from shoreline to generator power.
  • Transfers both hot and neutral legs simultaneously.
  • The built-in time delay allows the generator to get up to speed.
    • Time delay: Custom time delay, 30 seconds nominal. Includes generator low voltage monitoring.
  • Capable of monitoring for low generator voltage.
  • Power Rating: 240V / 50A
  • Contactors: 3 Pole N.O. 240 VAC 50Amps/Pole.
  • Coil: 110VAC (60Hz, Inrush current - 77 Watts, Sealed - 4.0 Watts).

  • Important Note: per ESCO, the ES50M-65N transfer switch is no longer sold with GE CR353ADY39APAK contacts, been switched with Carlo Gavazzi GDP403 contacts.
CAUTION: Install vertically or horizontally in a dry, accessible area. Consult the factory before drilling the metal case. Keep covered except during wiring as contactors are sensitive to dust and debris. When hi-potting coach, disconnect es50m-65n or hi-pot on the load side of the switch. This unit has been hi-potted to UL standards at the factory.
