The Flow-Rite Pro-Fill system is the industry-standard solution for maintaining flooded lead-acid deep-cycle batteries in golf carts, RV house banks, floor scrubbers, aerial lifts, and similar high-cell-count 72V applications. Each automatic shut-off valve seats directly in the battery cell opening and closes precisely when the electrolyte reaches the correct level -- eliminating the chronic underwatering and overwatering that shortens battery life.
This kit is configured for a full 72V system: twelve 6V batteries (84 cells total) or six 12V batteries (72 cells total). The 127-series flex manifolds route cleanly along the top of the battery bank and connect each valve in a single loop, so one gravity-fed or pump-assisted water source fills every cell simultaneously.

Each Pro-Fill valve replaces a standard vent cap. Inside the valve, a float rises with the electrolyte level. When the level reaches the manufacturer-specified fill line, the float seals the inlet port and stops water flow to that cell. Because all cells are connected in series by the flex manifold tubing, water pressure distributes across the entire bank simultaneously. Cells that need more water fill longer; cells already at level stop immediately. Connect your water supply to the single inlet port, open the valve, and the system does the rest.
Compatible with standard gravity-feed watering systems, hand-pump bottles, and Flow-Rite's own BWS water delivery systems. Water supply connection uses a standard quick-disconnect fitting.
This system is designed for flooded (wet cell) lead-acid deep-cycle batteries. It is not compatible with sealed AGM, gel, or lithium batteries -- those types do not require water addition.
