Stop weather from eating into your RV investment. The UnitedCovers 5-Layer is engineered specifically for Class A motorhomes between 24 and 28 feet, wrapping your rig in five layers of polypropylene-and-film construction on top and three layers on the sides. It breathes where it needs to, seals where it counts, and goes on and comes off without a crew.
Class A coaches sit tall, run wide, and collect every bit of UV, wind-driven rain, bird drop, and tree sap the sky can throw at them. A generic tarp traps moisture and flaps itself to shreds. The UnitedCovers 5-Layer uses a micro-porous film layer that repels liquid water while allowing water vapor to escape, so condensation cannot build up under the cover and invite rot or mildew into your sidewalls, seams, and slide gaskets.
The five-layer top panel extends downward over the upper sides, giving the most weather-exposed surfaces double-duty coverage. Three-layer side panels continue the protection all the way to the hem. Elastic corners at the front and rear pull the cover snug so it conforms to your coach's profile rather than billowing and chafing in wind. Adjustable buckle straps cinch the cover from below and eliminate slack across the full length of the rig.
Four polypropylene PLUS layers plus one micro-porous film layer. Blocks UV, rain, hail, and debris while shedding heat away from your rooftop ACs and vents.
Two polypropylene PLUS layers plus one micro-porous film layer on all four sides. Blocks over 98% of dirt and dust and prevents mildew buildup against your slideout seals and paint.
Heavy-duty zippered entry points let you get into your motorhome, access the shore power inlet, or retrieve gear without pulling the entire cover off.
Integrated roof vents promote airflow under the cover, reducing interior heat buildup and preventing the stale, damp environment that damages upholstery and cabinetry.
The slip-seam design shapes the cover to follow your coach's contours rather than hanging off it in flat panels. This reduces wind loading and stops the cover from acting like a sail. Weighted buckles make it easy to throw straps under the chassis and cinch them without crawling on the ground. Elastic hems at the front and rear corners hold their grip even in sustained winds.
A dedicated ladder cap shields the cover fabric from sharp ladder rungs on the rear of your coach -- a common failure point on generic covers that simply drape over the ladder. Gutter guards protect the cover edge where rain gutters could otherwise cut into the fabric over time.
Reflective material integrated into the cover panels does two jobs: it reflects sunlight to keep interior temperatures lower during storage, and it increases visibility of your parked rig at night or in low-light conditions -- an underrated feature in crowded campgrounds and storage yards.
The UnitedCovers 5-Layer is designed with the roofline of Class A coaches in mind. The cover accommodates up to three rooftop air conditioning units without requiring you to remove them before covering. Roof vents, antennas, and standard Class A coach profiles are accounted for in the cover's dimensions and panel shaping.
No tools are required to install this cover. The typical process for a 24-28 ft Class A is a two-person job -- one on the roof to unfold and pull the cover from front to rear, one on the ground to guide the sides down and attach the buckle straps. The weighted buckle design speeds this up considerably compared to tie-down loops that require threading. Once in position, tighten the adjustable straps, snap the elastic corners, and the cover is secure.
Long-term outdoor storage, seasonal layup, and covered-lot parking where a carport or building is not available. Equally suited to winter snowbelt storage and hot-climate UV protection in the Southwest or Florida. Not intended as a driving cover or a permanent weatherproofing substitute for roof resealing.
You can wash the cover by hand or in a washing machine. For hand washing, install the cover on your RV, rinse it with a hose, then use a cloth and multi-purpose cleaner to scrub. Rinse again and either towel dry or let it air dry.
For machine washing, use the largest machine available, set it to gentle mode, and wash with mild powder detergent in cold water—avoid bleach and fabric softeners. Rinse the cover twice to remove all detergent, and always air dry.
