The N1422 is an inner garnish — it installs on the interior ceiling of your RV to finish the inside of a 14"×22" skylight opening. It is not a roof-mounted outer dome. No roof access is required for installation. If you need the exterior roof-mounted dome, order a matching outer skylight (SL1422W, SL1422S, or SL1422C) separately.
The Specialty Recreation N1422 is a white interior ceiling garnish for RVs with 14"×22" ceiling openings — the most common rectangular RV skylight size. White polycarbonate throughout gives a uniform appearance at both the ceiling flange and dome. At 4" bubble height it is shallower than the N1422D (5" clear dome), making it the right choice when ceiling-to-roof clearance is limited or a lower profile is preferred from inside the coach.
The 16"×24" flange sits flat against the ceiling surface with a 1" overlap on all sides of the 14"×22" opening. Smooth glossed surface is easy to clean from inside the coach. No sealant or mounting hardware is included.
