The Cummins Onan A050E991 is a factory-assembled maintenance kit containing the genuine OEM parts needed to perform standard scheduled service on MicroQuiet RV QG 3600 and QG 4000 gasoline generators running KY Spec B-H, J-N, or P. All parts are Cummins Onan Green Label, built to the same specifications as the originals installed at the factory.
The kit covers all four core service items for a gasoline KY generator: air filtration, fuel filtration, ignition, and lubrication. Designed to travel with you, it provides everything needed to complete preventive maintenance at your destination — without hunting down individual parts.
This kit is for gasoline KY generators only. A separate maintenance kit (A050E993) is available for LP (propane) KY generators. The LP kit does not include a fuel filter; this gasoline kit does. Verify your generator's fuel type and model number before ordering.

326-5336 — OnaMax 15W-40 Engine Oil, 1 qt · Qty: 2 Conventional 15W-40 — factory-fill oil used in all new Cummins Onan generators. Two 1-quart bottles included. Oil change interval: 100 hr.

This kit is for gasoline-fueled KY generators, Spec B-H, J-N, and P only. It is not compatible with LP (propane) KY generators or with KY Spec A generators. Compatible model numbers: • 3.6KY FR-28001 · 3.6KY FR-4856 • 4.0KY FA-6747 · 4.0KY FA-26100 • 4.0KY FR-11429 · 4.0KY FR-65697 Key difference from the LP kit: this kit's spark plug (167-0275) should be gapped at 0.025" for gasoline operation. The LP version of the same plug uses a 0.020" gap — using the wrong gap can cause hard starting or misfires. Confirm your generator's fuel type and nameplate model number before ordering.
Cummins Onan recommends replacing each component at the following intervals for the QG 3600 and QG 4000 gasoline generators: • Oil (326-5336): Every 100 hours • Air Filter (140-3280): Every 150 hours (KY 60 Hz Spec B-H: 250 hours) • Spark Plug (167-0275): Every 150 hours • Fuel Filter (149-2457): Every 450 hours Always refer to the operator's manual for your specific generator spec to confirm the correct intervals.
