Camco 43512 Mini Dish Drainer and Tray -- Black
A right-sized dish drying rack built for RV, camper, and marine counters where a full-size household rack simply won't fit. Holds plates upright, cups on side prongs, and silverware sorted -- all on a footprint under 12 inches wide.
Standard dish racks are designed for residential kitchens with generous counter runs. In a Class A coach, a travel trailer, or a boat galley, that same rack eats up workspace you can't spare. The Camco 43512 is engineered from the start for compact living -- at 11.69 inches wide and 9.5 inches deep, it sits neatly beside even a small single-basin RV sink without crowding the burners or the prep area.
The rack itself handles the full range of everyday dishware. Vertical slots hold standard dinner plates and smaller bowls upright so air circulates around them and they dry faster than if they were laid flat. Six side prongs along both sides of the frame accept cups, mugs, and camp tumblers. The included two-sided utensil holder corrals forks, knives, and spoons in separate compartments so they aren't piled together in a single cup.
The sloped drain tray channels water from the drying rack down and away from your counter surface. When you're done with dishes and want to reclaim the space, the tray snaps on top of the rack for compact stacking storage -- no need to store two separate pieces.
Vertical slots hold plates and bowls upright for efficient air drying without stacking.
Six side prongs along the frame support cups, mugs, and camp tumblers at an angle to drain properly.
Separates forks, knives, and spoons so they aren't tangled -- removes from the frame for easy cleaning.
Sloped tray collects drip water and channels it away. Snaps onto the rack top for one-piece compact storage.
The 43512 is a natural fit for:
The frame, rack body, and drain tray are all molded from BPA-free, stain-resistant polypropylene. Polypropylene is the standard food-contact material used throughout the RV and marine industry for dish racks, water system components, and storage because it is lightweight, chemically inert, and resists the humidity swings and vibration that occur during travel. The all-black colorway minimizes the appearance of water deposits that tend to show on white or light-colored plastic racks.
Because all components are dishwasher-safe, you are not stuck hand-scrubbing the rack itself. Pull the utensil holder out, drop the tray and rack body on the top rack of your dishwasher, and they come out clean and ready for the next trip segment.
One of the small but real annoyances with dish racks in RVs is that they become projectiles or rattle-makers when the rig is rolling. The Camco 43512 addresses this with a snap-on tray design: the drain tray locks onto the top of the rack body, turning two separate pieces into one compact unit. That unit can then be nested inside a cabinet, tucked under the sink, or stored in an exterior compartment without the tray sliding around on its own. It's a simple feature that matters more on travel days than it sounds.
