Lippert Single Bowl Parchment ABS Acrylic Lippert 209351 RV Square Galley Kitchen Sink -- 13" x 15" x 5" -- Parchment

A clean, modern drop-in replacement for tired or damaged RV galley sinks. The Lippert 209351 is built from scratch-resistant ABS acrylic -- 20 to 25% lighter than comparable fiberglass sinks -- making it a realistic one-person DIY install in most Class A, Class C, fifth wheel, and travel trailer kitchens where a 13" x 15" cutout is present.

A Space-Smart Sink Built for RV Kitchens

RV galley sinks have to work harder than their residential cousins -- limited counter real estate, shallow cabinetry below, and constant vibration from the road. Lippert engineered the 209351 specifically for this environment. The compact 13" x 15" footprint fits the narrow countertops found in most RV kitchens without sacrificing a usable 5" depth, giving you enough bowl to wash a full day's cookware.

The molded channel grooves in the basin floor actively direct water toward the drain rather than letting it pool, which reduces moisture buildup and keeps the sink looking cleaner between washes -- especially useful when you're parked and not running the water pump continuously.

ABS Acrylic Construction

Scratch-resistant ABS acrylic is 20-25% lighter than fiberglass and resists staining, chipping, and road-vibration cracking better than porcelain-coated alternatives.

Channel Groove Basin Floor

Molded grooves channel water directly to the drain opening, preventing standing water from sitting in the bowl and reducing mildew buildup in humid climates.

Compact 13" x 15" Footprint

Designed for the limited counter space in RV kitchens. Fits most existing cutouts in travel trailers, fifth wheels, Class A and Class C motorhomes where a single-bowl galley sink is installed.

Parchment Finish

The warm parchment color coordinates with cream, off-white, and beige RV interior color schemes common in Lippert-equipped coaches and many OEM travel trailer kitchens.

What You Get With This Sink

The 209351 ships as the sink basin only. You will need to source a drain assembly, strainer basket, any supply lines, and a faucet separately if you are doing a full kitchen refresh. The sink accepts a standard 1-1/2" drain fitting, which is the RV/residential norm and is widely available at any RV parts retailer or big-box home improvement store.

At only 3 lbs., handling during installation is easy, and the reduced weight keeps your countertop cabinet structure under less stress over time -- a real advantage in lightweight travel trailers where cabinetry is often 3/4" particleboard or thin plywood.

Lighter Than Fiberglass, Tougher Than It Looks

ABS acrylic holds up well to the expansion and contraction cycles that come with seasonal temperature swings in an RV. Unlike porcelain, it won't chip if a cast-iron pan drops in it. Unlike fiberglass, it won't craze or yellow as quickly with age.

Installation Overview

This is a drop-in (self-rimming) sink. The rim rests on the countertop surface and is sealed with silicone or plumber's putty along the perimeter. Most installers use a bead of silicone sealant under the rim lip to prevent water intrusion into the countertop substrate -- especially important in RV applications where the countertop is typically particleboard or MDF and will swell if moisture gets underneath.

  • Measure your existing cutout before ordering -- nominal cutout dimensions are typically slightly smaller than the overall sink dimensions to allow the rim to rest on the counter surface.
  • The sink drain opening accepts a standard 1-1/2" basket strainer (not included).
  • Faucet hole(s) are not pre-drilled in this basin -- verify your countertop or existing cutout already has the faucet hole placement you need, or drill to suit your faucet's requirements.
  • Use 100% silicone sealant (not latex caulk) around the rim for a waterproof, flexible bond that handles road vibration without cracking.
Faucet Holes: Check Before You Buy

The Lippert 209351 basin itself does not include pre-drilled faucet holes. In most RV installations, the faucet mounts through the countertop or through a separate deck plate alongside the sink. Confirm your existing faucet mount location before ordering to avoid surprises during installation.

Color Matching and Replacement Use Cases

The parchment finish is one of the most common neutral tones used by RV manufacturers throughout the 1990s and 2000s and continues to appear in many coaches today. If you are replacing a damaged OEM sink and want the interior to look factory-original rather than mismatched, parchment is the right choice for coaches with off-white or cream interior decor.

Lippert also offers the same 13" x 15" x 5" galley sink in white and biscuit finishes under different part numbers for coaches with different decor packages. If parchment is not the right match, check those alternate SKUs before purchasing.

Maintenance Tip

Clean ABS acrylic sinks with non-abrasive cleaners only. Avoid steel wool, scouring pads, or powder cleansers -- they will scratch the gloss surface permanently. A soft cloth with mild dish soap or a dedicated acrylic-safe cleaner keeps the finish looking new longer.

Important Information
  • Measure your existing cutout carefully before ordering. The 13" x 15" overall size includes the rim overhang -- your countertop cutout will need to be slightly smaller than these outer dimensions to support the rim properly.
  • Drain assembly, basket strainer, faucet, supply lines, and sealant are NOT included and must be purchased separately.
  • Faucet holes are not pre-drilled. Verify your faucet mounting solution before installation.
  • Do not use abrasive scrubbers, steel wool, or scouring powder on the ABS acrylic surface -- permanent scratching will result.
  • Use 100% silicone sealant (not latex caulk) under the rim to maintain a watertight seal that flexes with road vibration over time.
  • This sink is designed for RV cold and hot water supply pressures (typically 40-60 PSI at a campground hookup or regulated from an onboard water pump). It is not rated for residential supply pressures exceeding 80 PSI without a pressure regulator.
