Professional-grade cast iron roller pump built for agricultural and industrial spraying. Delivers up to 9.4 GPM at 2600 RPM, rated to 150 PSI, and features Remco's Rebuild Ready design so you can swap rollers in minutes without disconnecting a single fitting.
The Remco R440C RollMax is a compact, heavy-duty 4-roller pump engineered for agricultural field sprayers, nurse tanks, and industrial chemical transfer. The cast iron housing handles the abuse of field use, while the precision-machined roller assembly delivers smooth, consistent flow from idle PTO speeds all the way to 2600 RPM.
At 9.4 GPM peak output and a 150 PSI pressure rating, the R440C is well matched to boom sprayers, spot sprayers, and high-volume transfer tasks where a plastic-body pump would fall short. Standard 3/4" FNPT inlet and outlet ports connect directly to common sprayer plumbing without adapters in most installations.
Heavy-duty cast iron body resists flex and wear in demanding ag and industrial spray environments where plastic bodies crack or deform.
Replace worn rollers in the field using just a wrench -- no plumbing to disconnect, no pump removal from the shaft. Keeps downtime to minutes, not hours.
Consistent high-volume output across a wide RPM range. Compatible with gas engine direct drive, electric motor, and PTO-driven setups.
Standard 5/8" keyed shaft fits most sprayer engine and motor drives. Clockwise rotation (viewed from shaft end) -- verify drive direction before installation.
Remco's Rebuild Ready architecture sets the R440C apart from conventional roller pumps. The front cover is designed for tool-accessible roller replacement while the pump stays mounted and plumbed. When rollers wear (a normal maintenance item on any roller pump), you're back in the field fast. Rebuild kits are available separately.
The R440C is configured for clockwise shaft rotation (viewed from the shaft/drive end). Most gas engine direct-drive sprayer setups run CW, but confirm your application before ordering. Running a roller pump in the wrong direction causes immediate seal and roller damage.
Cast iron housings are not recommended for highly corrosive acids or chlorine-based solutions. Verify that your spray chemical is compatible with cast iron and with the roller and seal materials in the R440C before sustained use. For corrosive applications, Remco offers polypropylene-body variants.
If your application involves corrosive chemicals or you need a lighter-weight pump body, Remco's RollMax series is also available in polypropylene housing variants. For higher flow rates, look at the R800 series. Rebuild kits and replacement rollers for the R440 series are stocked separately.
