Overview

The Shurflo 4008 Revolution is a 4-chamber, automatic-demand fresh-water pump designed for RVs and mobile plumbing systems. Its one-piece diaphragm and internal by-pass deliver smoother flow with low noise and reduced rapid cycling. The pump is thermally protected, can run dry without damage, and mounts in any position. Models 4008-101-E65 and 4008-101-A65 are the same pump.E65 = AftermarketA65 = OEM

Installation Notes

• Use 1/2 inch NPSM-male ports with the correct swivel fittings.
• Add a pre-pump strainer to help protect valves and diaphragm.
• Use flexible hose on inlet and outlet to reduce vibration transfer.
• Protect the circuit with a 10A fuse.
• Mount close to the tank and avoid long suction runs where possible.

Best Practices

• Install a Shurflo strainer on the inlet side.
• Use soft hose connections to help cut pump noise.
