Curt 22244 bearing protectors replace the standard grease caps on compatible 2.44" trailer wheel hubs. Each protector acts as both a protective cap and a small grease reservoir, helping keep the wheel bearings lubricated while maintaining internal pressure.
The chrome-finished protectors also help shield the wheel bearings from water, mud, road grime, and other contaminants. Plastic dust covers fit over the exposed ends for an additional layer of protection when the trailer is in use or storage.
