Universal mounting bracket for the Redarc Tow-Pro Elite electric trailer brake controller, designed to simplify in-cab, under-dash installation of the main unit. Fastens to the main unit with 2 x M4 bolts and mounts to the vehicle via an M6 slot and stud or hole.
The Redarc EBMK-001 is a mounting bracket built specifically for the Tow-Pro Elite electric trailer brake controller, making it easier to secure the main unit out of sight under the dash of a tow vehicle. The bracket attaches to the main unit using 2 x M4 bolts, which can be positioned at right angles, in-line, or diagonally across the unit to suit the available mounting space. On the vehicle side, an M6 slot with a nut and bolt allows the bracket to be secured to a suitable M6 stud or M6 hole. The bracket material is rigid enough to support the main unit securely, yet can still be bent slightly if the installation calls for it.
Redarc recommends that this product be installed by a qualified auto electrician or technician, such as a member of the REDNetwork, to ensure the Tow-Pro Elite main unit is securely and correctly mounted.
