This system is specifically designed for 2019–2022 Mercedes Sprinter 3500 cutaway chassis. It is not compatible with 2018 and older Sprinter chassis (use 8757UPS instead) or 2023 and newer models. Confirm your chassis year and confirm bracket spacing before placing your order. The 8757UPSA is a universal Sprinter chassis kit that replaces the following manufacturer-specific leveling system part numbers: • 8757LTVUPS – LTV (Leisure Travel Vans) • 8757RENUPS – Renegade • 8757DYNUPS – Dynamax • 8757TIFUPS – Tiffin If your coach previously had one of these brand-specific kits installed, the 8757UPSA is the current universal replacement.
This kit ships with the following standard hose lengths based on the typical pump placement for this chassis: (2) 10' hoses | (2) 12' hoses | (2) 16' hoses | (2) 20' hoses
Professional installation is recommended. Installer should be familiar with hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical systems. 1. Verify Fitment: Confirm chassis year (2019–2022) and bracket spacing before starting 2. Mount Jack Brackets: Clamp front and rear jack brackets to the Sprinter chassis frame — no frame drilling required (some wheel well drilling is required) 3. Install Jack Legs: Mount all four 13" stroke hydraulic jacks to the clamp-on brackets 4. Mount Pump: Secure the hydraulic pump using the included pump mount bracket 5. Route & Connect Hoses: Install included hoses per the fitment guide; note custom lengths if needed 6. Connect Harnesses: Route and connect all included wiring harnesses to pump and Smart-Level controls 7. Fill Hydraulic Fluid: Use Dexron ATF fluid only 8. Test System: Pair Bluetooth app, verify auto-level and all-retract functions operate correctly

A minimum Group 24 RV/Marine-type battery is required to operate this system. Minimum ratings: 100 RC (Reserve Capacity) and 500 CCA (Cold Cranking Amperage). Higher ratings will provide better performance. Using an undersized battery may result in poor leveling performance or system errors.
