One-touch automatic hydraulic leveling for Class C motorhomes on Ford 450 and Chevy chassis, 2010 and newer. 13" stroke jacks at all four corners. Bluetooth-enabled. Sequential auto-leveling in approximately two minutes. Weld-on bracket installation. Also fits small Class A motorhomes.
The EQ Systems 8106UPS is not compatible with the Winnebago Aspect motorhome. If your vehicle is a Winnebago Aspect, this system will not work regardless of chassis year. Please contact us before ordering to identify the correct system for your specific motorhome make and model.
The EQ Systems 8106UPS brings the same automatic hydraulic leveling technology used by top RV manufacturers to Class C motorhomes on Ford 450 and Chevy chassis built in 2010 or newer — as well as small Class A motorhomes. This complete 4-point system replaces your manual stabilizer jacks with four two-way hydraulic cylinders, one at each corner, that both extend and retract under hydraulic power. No manual cranking at any stage.
Press one button and the patented sequential leveling process takes over, operating each leg independently to achieve a precise level across the full length of the coach in approximately two minutes. A field-adjustable null lets you establish your preferred level position, so the system targets exactly that point every auto-level cycle. Full Bluetooth smartphone control is built in, and a commercial-grade pump with manual override handles all four legs from a single unit. The kit includes all weld-on brackets for the jack legs, a pump mount bracket, and all hoses and harnesses for a complete installation.
Level your coach from your iPhone or Android using the free EQ Smart Level app — one-touch leveling in approximately two minutes
All four jacks extend and retract hydraulically — no manual cranking at any point; All Retract stows all legs with one button press
Set the system to your preferred level position — the controller remembers it and targets that exact level at every campsite
Each leg is operated independently in sequence for a more precise, stable result at the lowest possible ride height
The 8106UPS is designed primarily for the Ford 450 chassis. If installing on a Chevy chassis, you must also order (2) Model 3646 Leveling System Mounting Brackets — these are not included in the standard kit and must be purchased separately before installation can be completed. → Add Model 3646 Mounting Brackets (2 required for Chevy chassis)
This kit uses weld-on brackets to mount the jack legs and hydraulic pump to the motorhome chassis. Professional installation by a qualified RV service center or chassis fabricator with welding capability is required. Installation also involves hydraulic line routing, electrical harness connection, and controller programming. Bracket geometry (per EQ Systems fitment guide): • Front brackets: Full C-shape — mounted to the outside of the frame rail • Rear brackets: L-shape — fitted to the inside of the frame rail • Pump mount bracket: included in kit EQ Systems provides detailed fitment drawings. Contact EQ Systems or consult their fitment guide before beginning installation.
Professional installation is required. Installer must have welding, hydraulic, mechanical, and electrical experience. Can be done by most RV service centers or at EQ Systems' factory in Cassopolis, Michigan. 1. Review Fitment Guide: Consult EQ Systems' fitment drawings for your specific chassis before beginning 2. Weld Front Brackets: Weld C-shape brackets to the outside of the front frame rails at designated positions 3. Weld Rear Brackets: Weld L-shape brackets to the inside of the rear frame rails at designated positions 4. Mount Pump: Attach pump to chassis using included pump mount bracket 5. Mount Jacks: Attach (2) front and (2) rear 13" stroke jacks to the welded brackets 6. Route & Connect Hoses: Run hoses from pump to each jack using included pre-cut lengths; secure away from moving parts, sharp edges, and heat 7. Connect Harnesses: Route and connect all included harnesses throughout the coach 8. Mount Control Panel: Install Smart-Level keypad in desired operator location 9. Fill Hydraulic Fluid: Use Dexron ATF; fill reservoir to approximately 1–1.5" from top 10. Program & Test: Set field-adjustable null, test auto-level, manual controls, and all-retract on all four jacks
