The Specialty Recreation SL1626S is the smoke black companion to the SL1626W — a large format 16"×26" replacement skylight for RV spaces where glare and UV reduction are a priority. At this larger size, an unfiltered clear or white dome can produce intense overhead light in living areas, bedrooms, and slideout spaces. The smoke black tint brings that light down to a comfortable level while still admitting substantial natural daylight.

The approved elastomeric sealant included with this skylight is specifically compatible with polycarbonate. Do not substitute self-leveling lap sealants (such as Dicor or similar) — these contain chemicals that react with polycarbonate and can cause cracking and failure of the dome.
The Specialty Recreation Inc. product warranty covers defects in workmanship and materials for 1 year from the date of purchase. Warranty does not apply to damage caused by improper installation. Note: Some product listings reference a 90-day warranty term; Specialty Recreation's published warranty policy is 1 year.
