Check Temperature: Confirm ambient and surface temp is between 60Ā°F and 104Ā°F ā minimize temperature difference between the seal and bonding surface 2. Remove Old Seal: Completely remove all old seal material and adhesive residue from the hatch or door frame surface 3. Clean & Dry: Wipe the bonding surface with isopropyl alcohol and allow to fully dry ā do not apply to a damp or contaminated surface 4.
