The Swagman XTC is a full-size, no-adapter bike carrier built for RVers, motorhome owners, and tow-vehicle drivers who need to bring the whole family's bikes along. It mounts to any standard 2-inch hitch receiver, holds four bikes up to 35 lbs each, and folds flat against the back of the vehicle when the rack is empty -- no need to remove it from the hitch.

The Swagman XTC is engineered around a wheel-hoop and ratcheting-arm design that secures bikes by the wheels and the frame, so virtually any geometry loads cleanly.
The bottom wheel rails slide to fit different wheelbases, the upright ratchet arms extend from 14.5 inches to 39 inches to clamp frames of any size, and the contact points are rubber-coated to protect paint and finish. The XTC's angled rack base provides extra ground clearance compared to flat-platform designs -- an important detail for motorhomes and Class A coaches with low-hanging rear fascia. All grip arms that contact bike frames are coated with a protective rubber sleeve. This prevents metal-on-metal contact and shields your bikes' paint from chips and scratches during transport. The rack itself is built from powder-coated steel for corrosion resistance and long-term durability in outdoor storage conditions.
The XTC ships with a locking hitch pin to secure the rack to the vehicle and an 8-foot security cable to loop through bike frames at the campsite or trailhead. These are real security accessories, not placeholder items -- the hitch pin uses a keyed lock cylinder, and the cable is long enough to thread through multiple bike frames simultaneously.
Bikes load individually into the wheel hoops and are then secured by the ratcheting arms -- no lifting bikes over cross-bars or fighting with bungee cords. The wheel-hoop design keeps bikes upright and spaced apart to minimize contact between bikes during transport. To unload, release the ratchet arm, lift the bike clear of the hoop, and done.
