The Valterra A01-1139 AquaFRESH Exterior Filter System is a dual housing water filtration setup, mounting outside the RV inline with the fresh water fill hose. The first stage uses a 10-micron sediment pre-filter to capture dirt, rust, and large particles, while the second stage uses a 0.5-micron advanced carbon block filter to remove chlorine taste and odor, along with volatile organic chemicals (VOCs). The system includes a wall bracket for a secure mount and a wrench for easy filter changes.
Replace the sediment and carbon block filter cartridges regularly to maintain effective filtration throughout the camping season. Valterra sells replacement cartridges separately for both the sediment pre-filter and the carbon block filter stages.
