The shortest and highest-capacity manual C-Jack in the BAL lineup. For travel trailers and 5th wheels with the lowest frame-to-ground clearance. 5,000 lb. static capacity each. Crank handle included. PowerPak-compatible. Set of 2.
The BAL 23219 is the shortest model in the manual C-Jack series — and the one with the highest static capacity at 5,000 lbs. per jack. This is the right choice for travel trailers and 5th wheels where the frame sits closest to the ground, and where the taller 22" through 31" models would have too much height to fit properly in the available clearance space.
The counter-intuitive relationship between size and capacity in the C-Jack lineup is by design: shorter jacks sit lower to the ground and operate at a more favorable mechanical angle, which translates to higher static load capacity. The 23219 delivers the most capacity of any manual C-Jack model while requiring the least clearance. Like all C-Jacks it ships as a boxed pair with a crank handle and is fully compatible with the BAL C-Jack accessory family — foot pads, connecting channel, lock arm, and the PowerPak 12V motor kit for future upgrade to powered operation.
The strongest manual C-Jack BAL makes — shorter jacks deliver more capacity due to a more favorable mechanical angle
Shortest model in the range — for trailers where taller C-Jacks won't fit the available frame clearance
Add the BAL 24210 PowerPak 12V motor kit anytime to upgrade to powered operation
Works with BAL 23216 Lock Arm for security and theft deterrence when parked
• 2x BAL 23219 C-Jack (19") • 1x Crank handle Compatible BAL Accessories (Sold Separately): • 23200 — C-Jack Foot Pads, set of 2 • 23205 — 42" Connecting Channel • 23216 — Lock Arm • 24210 — PowerPak 12V Motor Kit Individual replacement jack: • 23119 — Single 19" C-Jack (no handle, no hardware)
It seems counterintuitive, but the 19" delivers more capacity than the 31" — not less. Shorter jacks operate at a more favorable mechanical angle when bracing against the frame, which translates directly to higher static load capacity. This means the 23219 is both the compact choice for low-clearance trailers and the strongest manual C-Jack BAL makes. Measure your frame-to-ground clearance before ordering — if the 19" fits, it's the most capable option in the lineup.
The 23219 manual C-Jack is not a replacement for the BAL Powered C-Jack (21100005). If your RV currently has the powered model installed, you need the powered replacement — not this manual version.
All C-Jack models are sold as a set of 2 with a crank handle included. Measure your trailer's frame-to-ground clearance before selecting a size. Shorter jacks deliver higher capacity — if the 19" fits your clearance, it is the strongest option in the lineup. All sizes accept the BAL 23200 foot pads, 23205 connecting channel, 23216 lock arm, and 24210 PowerPak motor kit.
