The Buyers B703 is a surface or recessed mounted D-ring tie-down rope ring ideal for light capacity use such as in enclosed trailers or work vans.
  • Fits a 3" diameter mounting hole in 1/4" or thicker material.
  • For surface mounting: use plastic bezel with the recessed pan (included), or use the pan without the bezel and install the ring anywhere that will accommodate the 3" diameter mounting hole.
  • Overall Diameter: 3.5"
