The Curt 23528 replaces a standard hitch pin and clip with a keyed locking pin to help deter theft of ball mounts, cargo carriers, bike racks, and other hitch-mounted accessories. Its 5/8" diameter pin fits compatible 2" and 2-1/2" receiver tubes.
The barbell-style locking mechanism uses simple 1/4-turn key activation for convenient locking and unlocking. Carbon-steel construction with a chrome-plated finish provides durability and corrosion resistance, while the included watertight dust cap helps protect the internal lock mechanism.
