The Camco 39318 is built for the reality of campground sewer hookups -- threads that are stripped, caked with grime, or just awkward to reach. The flexible PVC body and molded ridge design let you press the adapter straight into 3", 3.5", or 4" NPT sewer inlets without any threading. It locks in place under light hand pressure and stays put through a full dump cycle.
Built-in grip wings let you pull the adapter free cleanly when you're done -- no need to touch the waste area directly. It connects to standard 3" RV sewer hoses or to the Camco 4-In-1 elbow adapter (Camco part 39736) for added flexibility at the hookup.

The 39318 mates with standard 3" bayonet-style or slip-fit RV sewer hose ends. It is not an in-line coupler -- it is designed specifically as the terminal connection at the sewer inlet. Make sure your hose end is clean and the locking ears (if present) are seated before pressing the adapter into the ground inlet.
