The 55362 is sized specifically for Group 24 batteries -- a common format used in RV house battery banks, marine starting applications, and backup power setups. Verify your battery's group size before ordering. Group 27 or Group 31 batteries will not fit this box; Camco offers separate larger-format boxes for those sizes.
Group 24 flooded lead-acid, AGM, and gel batteries share the same footprint. This box accommodates all three chemistries. If you run a lithium drop-in replacement, confirm the physical dimensions match Group 24 spec before ordering (many lithium Group 24 replacements are dimensionally identical).
