The Camco Rhino X 20-foot RV Sewer Hose Kit is Camco's maximum-compression sewer hose — designed to compress more than any other RV sewer hose in the Rhino lineup, opening up valuable storage space in your RV bumper or storage compartment. The 39390 provides everything needed for a quick, reliable dump station hookup right out of the box.
Two 10-foot heavy-duty 23-mil polymer hose sections with pre-attached 360-degree swivel fittings connect and disconnect easily at any dump station. The transparent elbow provides real-time flow monitoring so you always know when your black or grey tank has fully drained. Used together, the kit reaches 20 feet; used separately, each section can serve as a standalone 10-foot hose — giving you flexible reach for any campsite layout.

The 39390 Rhino X 20-ft kit includes the following components: 1. (2) 10-foot heavy-duty 23-mil polymer sewer hoses — the core hose sections, reinforced for shape retention 2. (2) Pre-attached swivel bayonet fittings — one on each hose's RV-side end for locking onto the RV drain valve 3. (1) Pre-attached swivel lug fitting — on one hose's dump-station end for connecting sections together 4. (1) Pre-attached swivel transparent elbow with 4-in-1 adapter — connects to the dump station inlet; clear for flow monitoring 5. (4) Storage caps — cap all four hose ends during transport and storage to contain residual waste and odors
The Rhino X achieves its 31-inch compressed length only when the 4-in-1 adapter is removed from the elbow fitting. With the adapter attached, the overall length will be slightly longer. Bumper storage: Once the 4-in-1 adapter is removed, the hose sections fit inside standard 4-inch square RV bumpers. If your bumper is round or a non-standard size, measure before relying on bumper storage. The 4-in-1 adapter itself should be stored separately — in a storage bag, tote tank kit box, or zip-lock bag — to keep it accessible at your next dump station visit.
At the Dump Station: 1. Remove Caps: Pull the storage caps off all hose ends you plan to use 2. Extend Hose(s): Pull each 10-ft section out to its full length — the hose holds its shape once extended 3. Connect Sections: If using 20 feet, join the lug end of one hose to the bayonet end of the other with a clockwise twist to lock 4. Attach Elbow to Dump Inlet: Fit the 4-in-1 adapter to the dump station pipe — choose the correct adapter size (3" slip or 3", 3.5", or 4" threaded) 5. Connect to RV Drain Valve: Attach the bayonet fitting to the RV's drain valve and lock into place 6. Open RV Drain Valve: Open the black tank valve, watch the transparent elbow to confirm flow, then drain grey tank 7. Disconnect & Store: Close valve, remove hose from RV end first, replace all four caps, compress hose sections, remove adapter, and store in bumper

The Rhino X (39390) is Camco's most compact-storing sewer hose, compressing to approximately 31 inches per section — about 8 inches shorter than the RhinoFLEX or RhinoEXTREME when stored. Choose the RhinoEXTREME if maximum hose wall durability is the priority; choose the Rhino X if storage space is the primary concern.
A sewer hose support (such as the Sidewinder or Slunky) is strongly recommended alongside any sewer hose kit to keep the hose elevated for a proper downhill flow toward the dump station inlet.
