The Thetford THT-PF.P136 (also SKU 50121; supersedes 38056) is the replacement 12V macerator and discharge pump for the Thetford Tecma Silence Plus permanent RV and marine toilet — the heart of the Tecma's sanitation system. When the flush cycle is activated, this pump macerates (grinds) waste into a fine slurry and then pumps it under pressure through the discharge line to the holding tank, enabling the Tecma toilet to be installed at flexible locations in the RV or vessel without requiring a gravity-drain direct connection to the holding tank.
When the macerator pump fails, the toilet typically won't flush or will flush without discharging waste — the bowl may fill with water but the pump won't activate or won't move waste through the discharge line. This is a direct replacement for the original pump assembly. 12V DC. No mounting hardware included. Supersedes the earlier Thetford/Tecma part number 38056. Compatible with the Tecma Silence Plus sanitation waste dump system. Prop 65 warning applies.
