Overview

The Garnet SeeLeveL Soul 708-RBT is a data link module designed for RVs with multiplex control systems. Unlike traditional tank monitors with built-in displays, the Soul transmits tank level data directly to your RV's existing multiplex system via the RV-C bus – the industry-standard communication protocol used by most modern RV control systems.RV-C Compatible

Using Garnet's proven SeeLeveL external-mount sender technology, the Soul delivers highly accurate tank readings without the unreliability of in-tank probe sensors. The senders mount on the outside of your holding tanks, eliminating the fouling, corrosion, and false readings that plague traditional sensors. The system monitors up to 7 holding tanks, plus an existing LPG sensor and your RV battery voltage.

Tank Configuration Options

The Soul can be configured for virtually any RV tank arrangement:

• Fresh 1 – Primary fresh water tank
• Fresh 2 – Secondary fresh water tank
• Grey 1 – Primary grey water (sink/shower)
• Grey 2 – Secondary grey water
• Grey 3 – Tertiary grey water (galley)
• Black 1 – Primary black water (toilet)
• Black 2 – Secondary black water
• LPG – Propane tank (via existing sensor)

Enable only the tanks you have – unused tanks can be disabled so they don't report to the RV-C bus.

Compatible Senders

The Soul works with these SeeLeveL sender models (sold separately):

• 710-AR2 – Standard sender, tank heights 3.5" to 13"
• 710-ES3 – Extended sender, tank heights 10" to 17"
• 710-SS2 – Extended/tall tank sender for tank heights 7.5" to 18"

Senders can be double-stacked for tanks up to 34" tall. Select "Stacked" in the configuration software when using two senders on a single tank.

Configuration Software

The free Soul Configuration Tool software is required to configure the module. Download from Garnet's website. Connect the Soul to your PC via Micro-USB to select which tanks to monitor and whether senders are single or double-stacked.

Garnet also offers pre-configured modules for common tank arrangements.

Installation Tips

• Mount module in concealed, accessible location
• Use butt connectors or solder – NO spade connectors
• Ground to same circuit as breaker panel
• Keep sender wiring away from 120VAC lines
• Fuse power circuit at 7.5A maximum
• Support wiring harness – don't let it pull on senders
