The JR Products 95195 is an exterior evacuation drain trap used when draining a sink or shower directly to the exterior of the unit for easy disposal, using a bucket or portable holding tank. It's commonly used on fold-down/pop-up campers and marine applications where a direct connection to a sewer system isn't available. The fitting connects using 3/4" vinyl or plastic tubing, with the exterior port featuring a standard 3/4" MPT water hose connection and a 1-3/4" standard strainer connection on the interior side.
This part does not function as a gas trap, and there are no gas traps used on any pop-up campers. This fitting is intended for sink or shower gray water only and is not for use with sewage or waste materials.
