Many campgrounds, hotels, and public Wi-Fi networks use a "captive portal" – that login page that pops up asking you to agree to terms or enter a code. The WiFiMax Pro fully supports Captive Portal login, so you can easily authenticate with these networks just like on your phone.
The WiFiMax Pro is a Wi-Fi extender, not a standalone hotspot. It requires an existing Wi-Fi network to extend (campground Wi-Fi, hotel Wi-Fi, your phone's hotspot, etc.). It does not create internet on its own – it connects you to an existing Wi-Fi source from farther away and faster than your devices could alone. If you need cellular internet where there's no Wi-Fi, you'll need a separate cellular hotspot device or mobile router.

1. Place WiFiMax Pro on a stable surface or wall mount it 2. Connect power supply 3. Attach included dipole antenna (point antennas up) 4. LED flashes during startup, then turns light green 5. Connect your phone/laptop to the KING network (KING_XXXXXX_5G) 6. Open setup page, scan for networks, and select your source 7. Enter password for the source network – you're connected!
