A heavy-duty, two-step pull-out entry step built for everyday RV use. The 432682 extends and retracts with one hand using a built-in grab handle, stays safe in wet weather with drain holes and anti-slip skid tape, and installs bolt-on or weld-on in place of your original steps. Replaces legacy Lippert part 341500.
Climbing in and out of your coach dozens of times a day puts real demands on an entry step. The Lippert 432682 is engineered for that workload -- heavy-duty steel construction, a 300 lb load rating, and a corrosion-resistant powder-coat finish that holds up through seasons of outdoor exposure.
The radius-style double step slides smoothly in and out on a pull-out carriage, so you get a wide, stable platform when you need it and a compact, tucked-in profile when you don't. No electric motor, no controller, no wiring -- just a grab handle and one hand.
Integrated grab handle lets you extend or retract both steps with a single motion, even with groceries or gear in your other hand.
Factory-applied skid tape on each step tread gives secure footing in rain, dew, or muddy conditions -- no aftermarket grip tape needed.
Built-in drain holes on each step prevent rainwater and mud from pooling, reducing slip risk and keeping the step tread cleaner longer.
Compatible mounting bracket accepts both bolt-on and weld-on installation, making it a straight swap for most OEM step brackets without custom fabrication.
The step carriage and treads are fabricated from heavy-gauge steel and finished in black powder coat for rust resistance. The 25 lb assembled weight reflects genuine steel construction -- this is not a lightweight aluminum step, and it holds its shape under daily load cycles. The powder-coat finish is standard flat black and is compatible with touch-up paint if surface chips occur over time.
The 432682 supersedes the older Lippert 341500 part number. If your coach originally shipped with a 341500 step, the 432682 is the current replacement with identical mounting dimensions.
The mounting bracket measures 25-1/2" wide x 9-3/4" tall x 12" deep, which matches the footprint of the most common OEM Lippert step brackets found on travel trailers, fifth wheels, and Class A and C motorhomes. Installation is bolt-on to existing bracket mounting points in most applications, or the bracket can be welded to the frame for a permanent fit.
Steps are spaced 8" apart vertically, giving a comfortable stride between the lower and upper tread. The 7" drop/rise and 15-1/2" entry height make this step appropriate for coach floor heights in the 24"--32" range when combined with a single or double ground step.
Confirm your existing bracket opening width is compatible with the 25-1/2" bracket before ordering. The step tread itself is 24" wide x 8-1/4" deep -- measure your doorway clear width to confirm no interference.
