When your existing awning fabric is faded, torn, or worn through, this factory-spec 13.5-oz vinyl replacement from Lippert Solera brings your patio awning back to full function. Made to fit 21 ft. awning assemblies from Solera, Dometic, and Carefree, it installs directly onto your existing roller tube and hardware without modification. Solid black on both topside and underside for a clean, uniform look.
This is not a budget tarp material. The V000334448 uses 13.5-oz vinyl -- a weight class that holds up to sustained UV exposure, wind loading, and repeated rolling cycles without cracking or delaminating. Seams are heat-welded rather than stitched, which eliminates needle holes and keeps water from wicking through at critical stress points.
Cold-crack testing to -25F means the vinyl stays flexible during winter storage and early-season setups in cold climates -- a common failure point for lighter-weight awning fabrics that stiffen and crack when rolled under cold tension.
Heavyweight vinyl resists UV degradation, abrasion, and mildew better than lighter 8-oz or 11-oz fabrics. Both faces are solid black.
Seams are thermally bonded for a watertight, reinforced joint at the highest-stress areas of the fabric panel.
Vinyl remains pliable in freezing temperatures -- no cracking or delaminating when rolled up in cold conditions.
A poly cord is pre-installed for an optional LED light strip. Light track and lights are not included and sold separately.
This fabric is made to the same roller-tube attachment profile used across Lippert Solera, Dometic, and Carefree awning assemblies. If your current awning is a 21 ft. unit from any of these brands, this fabric replaces it directly using your existing hardware.
The fabric panel measures 20'1" wide -- approximately 11 inches shorter than the nominal 21 ft. awning assembly width. This is normal and intentional: the fabric edges attach inside the roller tube ends and the head rail, so the fabric itself is always shorter than the overall assembly measurement. Always order by your awning assembly size (21 ft.), not by measuring the old fabric panel edge to edge.
Measure your awning assembly from the outside edge of one end cap to the outside edge of the other end cap. If that measurement is 21 ft. (252 inches), this is the correct fabric. Do not measure the old fabric panel itself -- that will give you the shorter fabric dimension, not the awning size.
This replacement fabric is cut and assembled to order for your specific awning size and color. It cannot be returned or exchanged after ordering. Measure carefully using your awning assembly dimension (end cap to end cap) before placing your order.
