Give your 10 ft. patio awning a fresh start with this Lippert Solera replacement vinyl fabric. Built from heavy-duty 13.5-oz vinyl with heat-welded seams and a cold-crack rating down to -25F, this fabric is engineered to handle seasons of sun, wind, and rain without delaminating or splitting at the seams. The Black Fade top color fades to a lighter shade toward the roller edge for a clean, modern look, while the white underside reflects heat and brightens your outdoor living space.
This is a made-to-order replacement fabric designed to fit leading RV awning brands -- including Lippert Solera, Dometic, and Carefree -- without requiring any modification to your existing roller assembly. The 9'1" fabric width is intentionally sized approximately 11 inches shorter than your 10 ft. awning assembly width, which is standard practice for proper fitment inside the end caps and roller tube hardware.
The fabric ships with a poly cord sewn into the bottom hem, giving you the option to add a light track and LED strip lighting later. The light track and LED lights are sold separately and are not included with this fabric.
Thick, UV-stabilized vinyl resists fading, cracking, and mildew through extended outdoor exposure.
Seams are bonded by heat rather than stitched, eliminating needle holes and reducing leak points under heavy rain.
Vinyl formulation remains flexible in extreme cold, so the fabric will not crack or split during cold-weather storage or early-season use.
A poly cord sewn into the lower hem accommodates an aftermarket light track -- no additional hardware modifications needed.
The top (exterior) surface features the Black Fade pattern -- a gradient that transitions from solid black at the valance edge toward a lighter tone near the roller, giving the awning a stylish, contemporary appearance when extended. The underside is white, which helps reflect sunlight downward and keeps the shaded area beneath noticeably cooler than dark-underside fabrics.
At 13.5 oz per square yard, this vinyl is heavier than entry-level awning fabrics, which translates to better resistance against wind flutter, stretching, and surface abrasion over time.

Replacing patio awning fabric is a two-person job on most rigs. The general process involves removing the existing roller assembly from the awning arms, extracting the old fabric from the roller tube and rail channel, threading the new fabric into the roller tube slot and the fixed rail, and re-rolling the fabric onto the roller tube at the correct tension before reinstalling the assembly.
The Solera system uses a standard fabric hem insertion design compatible with most common RV awning tools. No special proprietary tools are required for most installations.
