Give your patio awning a like-new look without replacing the entire assembly. The Lippert V000334382 is a 13.5-oz heavy-duty vinyl replacement fabric designed for Solera, Dometic, and Carefree awning systems. At 13'1" wide with an 8-foot projection, it fits standard 14 ft awning assemblies and arrives with heat-welded, leak-resistant seams ready to handle seasons of sun, rain, and wind.
Worn, torn, or sun-faded awning fabric doesn't just look bad -- it lets in UV, leaks at the seams, and can leave you exposed at exactly the wrong moment. The V000334382 replaces your damaged fabric with Lippert's commercial-grade 13.5-oz vinyl, the same weight class used on original-equipment Solera awning systems.
The Silver Fade colorway features a gradient pattern on the exterior face with a clean white underside, giving your campsite setup a sharp, finished look whether you're parked at a full-hookup resort or dry-camping in the desert. The poly cord sewn into the lead rail channel lets you add an optional LED light track -- though the light track and LED lights themselves are sold separately.
Heavy-weight vinyl resists punctures, UV degradation, and mildew better than lighter-grade fabrics common on budget replacements.
Seams are thermally bonded -- not stitched -- for leak resistance at the points where conventional awning fabric fails first.
Vinyl remains flexible and won't crack or delaminate in sub-freezing storage or shoulder-season camping conditions.
Factory-sewn poly cord runs the length of the lead rail hem, ready for an optional aftermarket LED light track (sold separately).
This fabric is sized for a 14 ft awning assembly. The fabric width measures 13'1" -- approximately 11 inches shorter than the nominal awning size. This is correct and intentional; awning fabric is always cut shorter than the assembly width to allow the roller tube and end caps to fit properly. Do not order a fabric that matches your assembly width exactly.
Replacing Solera-style awning fabric is a two-person job. The fabric inserts into the roller tube channel and the lead bar channel using the existing hems. No special tools are required beyond basic hand tools to release the roller tube from the arms. Allow 1-2 hours for a first-time installer.
