Lippert Solera13.5-oz Vinyl5-Year WarrantyLippert V000334374 Solera Replacement RV Awning Vinyl Fabric -- 13'1", White Fade

Give your RV patio a fresh start with this heavy-duty 13.5-oz vinyl replacement awning fabric from Lippert. Engineered for 14 ft awning assemblies -- including Solera, Dometic, and Carefree brands -- this fabric is cold-crack tested to -25F and built with heat-welded seams to handle seasons of sun, rain, and road miles.

Durable Replacement Fabric That Fits Leading Awning Brands

Faded, cracked, or torn awning fabric doesn't just look bad -- it lets in rain and UV damage. Lippert's Solera replacement vinyl is a direct-fit solution for the most common slide-and-roll awning platforms on the road today. At 13.5 oz per square yard, this is a commercial-grade weight that stands up to extended outdoor use without sagging or tearing at stress points.

The White Fade colorway features a gradient white tone on the face with a solid white underside, keeping your patio bright and comfortable. Heat-welded seams replace the weak points found in stitched or glued fabric -- critical at the hem, lead rail pocket, and tension rod channel where failure most often occurs.

Cold-Crack Tested

Fabric is tested to -25F, so it won't crack or stiffen when stored or deployed in cold-weather conditions.

Heat-Welded Seams

Welded seams eliminate stitch holes and reinforced the fabric at the lead rail pocket, hem, and tension rod channel.

Poly Cord Light Track

Includes an integrated poly cord along the underside hem for an optional LED light strip or rope light (light track and LEDs sold separately).

Cross-Brand Fit

Compatible with Solera, Dometic, and Carefree 14 ft roller awning assemblies -- the three most common platforms found on production RVs.

Getting the Right Fit

Replacement awning fabric is sized by its fabric width, not the awning assembly width. This fabric is 13'1" wide, which is approximately 11 inches shorter than a 14 ft (168-inch) awning assembly. This is the correct and expected sizing -- the roller tube and end caps account for that difference. If your awning assembly measures 14 ft rail-to-rail, this is the correct fabric.

Measure Before You Order: Always measure your existing fabric width or your roller tube length before purchasing. Ordering the wrong size means a fabric that cannot be exchanged. Fabric width (13'1") is the correct match for a 14 ft awning assembly.

Projection and Coverage

This fabric provides an 8 ft projection -- measured from the RV wall to the outer lead rail edge when the awning is fully extended. That delivers solid coverage for a standard patio chair setup or slide-out protection. The 8 ft depth is standard for most residential-style slide-out and patio awnings on Class A, Class C, and fifth-wheel rigs.

Underside Is White: The face of the fabric is White Fade (gradient pattern). The underside is solid white. This provides good light reflection underneath and keeps the patio area bright even on overcast days.

Installation Notes

Replacement fabric installs onto your existing roller tube and lead rail. The fabric has a sewn-and-welded pocket at the roller end that slides or staples onto the tube, and a reinforced hem at the lead rail end. A tension rod channel (valance area) is present for a drip rail or valance if your awning style uses one.

  • Roller assembly is not included -- this is fabric only.
  • Light track and LED lights are not included -- poly cord is provided for future installation.
  • End caps and hardware from your existing awning are reused.
  • Most installs require a second person to feed the fabric onto the roller tube without kinking.
Made to Order: This fabric is manufactured to order in your chosen size and color. Lead times may be longer than stock items. Plan ahead for seasonal use.
Maintenance Tip: Clean vinyl awning fabric with mild soap and water. Avoid petroleum-based cleaners, which degrade vinyl plasticizers. Allow fabric to dry fully before rolling to prevent mildew buildup inside the roll.

Important Information
  • This fabric is made to order and cannot be returned or exchanged. Verify your awning size before placing your order.
  • Measure your existing fabric width or roller tube length -- not your awning assembly rail-to-rail width -- to confirm correct sizing. The 13'1" fabric width is correct for a 14 ft awning assembly (assembly is approximately 11 inches wider than the fabric).
  • Roller assembly, light track, LED lights, and end cap hardware are not included with this purchase.
  • Do not roll up the awning while the fabric is wet or damp -- mildew can develop inside the rolled tube.
  • This fabric is not rated for permanent or structural outdoor use. Always retract the awning in high winds (typically 20+ mph) or severe weather.
  • Cold-crack rating of -25F applies to the vinyl material. Prolonged UV exposure without cleaning and conditioning will shorten fabric life regardless of temperature rating.
